the gym and pool facilities are great.
afternoon tea was a disappointment. the service felt rushed and it was hard to find staff. food arrived late and dietary requirements were not checked.

The building has beautiful grounds. parking was easy. our room was spacious and super clean. welcome prosecco and chocolates were much appreciated, the spa stood out with its women's-only area and zen garden. Spa staff was attentive.

the room was very clean. the bathroom had a rainfall shower and two separate sinks. the breakfast offered fresh options made to order. i spotted beautiful gardens and areas to sit and have coffee.
the dance floor in the function room was small. service from the young staff was lacking attention. my food was taken away when i was chatting with another guest.
